All joking apart the birds have more certificates than most of us and go through a fully certifiable vaccine programme and are closely monitoured at every stage of their growth from day old to point of lay. Dear Edwina Currie tried her best to kill off the egg industry in 1985 but her issues of Salmonella poisoning proved to be foundless. You can be rest assured that our birds are as free of any ailment as it is possible to be. |
