Winston joined South Western Chicks (Warren) Ltd, the Warren distributors
for the south west in 1970, after spending 12 years in farming and agricultural.
In 1979 Winston became the rearing / breeding farms manager, taking over
as general manager responsible for the day to day running of the company in 1993.

In 1999, he joined the parent company - then Hubbard ISA, as
area sales manager.

During the past 20 years, Winston has served on the Wessex Regional Poultry
Committee of the NFU, and since its beginning, the NFU Chick N Egg
Committee, promoting the poultry industry at various country agricultural
shows.
